Shipping Policy


Shipping Deadlines
Any orders received by us will be shipped within 24 hours of the time of receipt
Your order will be shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders.  Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by priority USPS.  Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.  

Freight Costs
Freight charges will be added to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

  All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.

Parcel Insurance
Parcels will be insured at the published carrier insurance rate and be billed to the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.  Should the customer choose to self insure, Our company has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.

International Shipments
Please note that certain products in our inventory are not available for export.  Check with your sales representative for details.

 

Return Policy

The Hunting Knife Depot customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to us.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

We will not accept any returned
merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA#, call 1-800-367-5093, option 2, or email us at info@thehuntingknifedepot.  A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  Return merchandise to:

We will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

Note :  Merchandise that has been misshipped, or is defective will have the postage reimbursed. Postage for all other returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
