How do I return a damaged product?

The Hunting Knife Depot customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to us.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
To obtain a RA#, call (812) 227-0646, or e-mail us at 
info@thehuntingknifedepot.  A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  Return merchandise to:

What type of warranty do you have on your products?
The Hunting Knife Depot will honor the manufacturer's warranty as
outlined on our warranties page.
 
I have found the knife I want, how do I purchase it?
Simply click on the product and "an add to cart" button will come up. Click on that button and you can reveiw your order. Click on "checkout" and enter your credit information in the form provided, then click "update" and your order is placed.
 
When will my order be placed?
Orders received by us will be shipped within 24 hours of the time of receipt. Contact will be made concerning back-ordered items.  
 
How will my orders be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders.  Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service.  Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.  
 
What about insurance?
Freight charges will be added to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
 
What about international shipping?
Please note that certain products in our inventory are not available for export.  Check with your sales representative for details.
 
Do you do dropshipping?
We are an on-line retail e-commerce store. We are not set up to do dropshipping.
 
Do you offer a printed catalogue?
All our products are listed on our website. We do not have a printed version.
 
Do you accept checks or money order as payment?

Check or Money Order Will be accepted. NOTE: Order cannot be processed until payment is received or verified.
